Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday November 10th, 2022 <br />Members present: David Saddler, Mark Taylor, Tammy VanHook, JD Robinson, <br />Robert Alumbaugh, Jeff Dieterlen and Mike Young. Absent: Kim Scofield and <br />Josh Brown. <br />David Saddler called the meeting to order and requested a motion on the previous <br />minutes: JD Robinson made the motion to approve as presented, Robert <br />Alumbaugh seconded the motion, minutes accepted 6-0-1 vote, Mike Young <br />abstained as he was not present at the previous meeting. <br />First item: Signatures on the accepted Rules and Regulations. <br />Second item: UDO changes presentation / discussion with Debbie Luzier, also <br />present steering committee members Tom Warthen, Town Council President and <br />Tim Bennett, Building Inspector. <br />Acknowledgement of Mike Young and Jeff Dieterlen of their service to the Plan <br />Commission as buffer zone representatives, presentation of plaques. <br />When no further business was brought before the Plan Commission Tammy <br />VanHook made a motion to adjourn, JD Robinson seconded the motion and the <br />meeting adjourned by a 7-0 vote. <br />David Saddler, President <br />Tam anHook, Secretary <br />
