Plan Commission minutes <br />December 20', 2022 <br />Members present: David Saddler, Mark Taylor, Tammy VanHook, JD Robinson, <br />Robert Alumbaugh, and attorney Chou-il Lee members absent: Kim Scofield and <br />Josh Brown. <br />David Saddler called the meeting to order and requested a motion on the previous <br />minutes: Mark Taylor motioned to accept the minutes as presented, JD seconded <br />the motion and minutes were accepted 5-0. <br />David Saddler opened the public hearing for the (UDO) Unified Developmental <br />Ordinance, calling for comments and or questions from both the Commission and <br />audience. Debbie Luzier addressed the final changes that were made as requested <br />by the Commission members. Members discussed the need to routinely review and <br />update the UDO, as it is a "working document". When no further questions and or <br />comments were made David Saddler closed the public hearing. David Saddler then <br />called for any additional comments and or questions when there were none he <br />requested a motion on the UDO: JD Robinson motioned to send a favorable <br />recommendation for approval to the Town Council, Tammy VanHook seconded <br />the recommendation: by 5-0 the UDO will be sent to the Town Council with a <br />favorable recommendation of adoption. <br />Tammy VanHook stated she was willing to do the presentation to the Town <br />Council at their next meeting. Members confirmed withattorneyChou-il Lee how <br />many members could attend the Town Council. <br />When no further business was brought before the Plan Commission Tammy <br />VanHook made a motion to adjourn, the motion was seconded and passed. <br />ll <br />President e) <br />Vi <br />Secr ry <br />
