Public Comments— <br />Councilman Brown made the motion to approve accounts payable vouchers in the amount of <br />$642,069.08. Councilman Williams seconded. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Councilman Brown made the motion to approve payroll clearing in the amount of $223.947.98. <br />Councilman Williams seconded. Motion carried 5-0 <br />Councilman Brown made the motion to approve payroll clearing in the amount of $207,210.36. <br />Councilman Williams seconded. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Town Council Comments— <br />Councilman Cook expressed his disappointment with the COVID bonuses not passing as the funds can <br />be used for that purpose. He would like to get the bonuses back on the agenda soon to take the <br />opportunity to take care of the employees. <br />Councilman Williams expressed his appreciation for the support the council showed by voting to partner <br />with the Mental Health Taskforce on the grant. <br />Councilman Brown also expressed his appreciation for moving forward with the grant. <br />Councilman Swinney voiced his appreciation for what the Mental Health Taskforce is doing. <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be held on Tuesday, March 7, <br />2023 at 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Government Center. <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion to adjourn was made <br />by Councilman Cook with a second from Councilman Williams.
