Attorney Steuerwald discussed the statutory changes in the 2023 Legislative Session to Housing TIF, making the creation such TIF's less cumbersome moving forward. Review of Claims: The claims were presented in the amount of $7,537.79. Commissioner Culp made the motion to approve the claims as presented. Commissioner Heidenreich seconded the motion, which carried 5-0.
