Section 3: Upon codification of the Town of Mooresville Code of Ordinances, the code <br />sections listed on the attached fee schedule shall be amended to delete reference to the specific <br />fee and instead include a reference to the Town of Mooresville Fee Schedule, which may be <br />amended from time to time. <br />Section 4: The attached Town of Mooresville Fee Schedule may be amended throughout <br />the year, as determined to be appropriate by the Town, to reflect any changes in the fees <br />referenced therein or to include additional fees currently not listed in the fee schedule. <br />Section 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect beginning October 1, 2023. <br />[The remainder of this page is intentionally blank.] <br />
