Woodside Drive and Jeremy Stump of 277 E Rosewood Drive <br />expressed concerns about the mound of pine trees bordering the park, ground water issues, <br />types of business and working hours moving into the park. <br />6.3 Board discussed issues with presenter. Upon a motion by JD Robison, seconded by Robert <br />Alumbaugh the board 5/0 to give permission for CTC to go forward with the Secondary Plat <br />and Construction Plan, Phase One at Innovation Park 67. <br />7 FILE #23-119 Development Plan @ Flagstaff <br />7.1 Presenter Larry Eakle from Commercial Contracting Services (CCS) 359 E. Main Street, Suite B <br />Mooresville request approval to build a building consisting of 1,500 sqft. of office space and <br />10,000 sgft. of shop/warehouse. <br />7.2 No comments from floor. <br />7.3 Upon a motion by JD Robison, seconded by Kim Schofield the board 5/0 to give permission <br />for CCS to go forward with the Development Plan at Flagstaff. <br />8 PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS <br />8.1 Tim Bennett reported 11 permits and 54 inspections completed since the last meeting. <br />9 BOARD MEMBER'S COMMENT <br />9.1 Josh Brown asking for board position to be filled. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The next possible meeting is on September 14, 2023, at 6:30 pm at the Mooresville <br />Government Center. <br />Upon a motion made by JD Robison seconded by Kim Schofield the Board adjourned at 7:19p. - <br />2 <br />:19p_ <br />2 <br />President Date <br />a IH 0� <br />Se et ate <br />
