Mooresville Plan Commission Minutes <br />September 14", 2023 <br />Members present: Mark Taylor, Tammy VanHook, Josh Brown, Robert Alumbaugh <br />and attorney Ashley Ulbricht, absent were Kim Scofield and JD Robinson. <br />Mark Taylor Called the meeting to order and requested a motion on the previous <br />minutes: Josh Brown motioned to approve, Robert Alumbaugh seconded the <br />motion, and the minutes were accepted by a 4-0 vote. <br />Item one: Final draft presentation of both the Comprehensive and Thoroughfare <br />Plans. With the presentation complete the Public Hearing opened and closed with <br />no questions or concerns brough forth Mark Taylor called for motions. Tammy <br />VanHook made the motions to send both to the Town Council with favorable <br />recommendations, these motions were seconded by Robert Alumbaugh and <br />accepted by a 4-0 vote. HWC Engineering was advised the draft plans would be on <br />the 15` Town Council meeting in October. <br />Item two: RDC / Plan Commission resolution #22-2023, amendments to the <br />Declaratory Resolution, with no questions asked Tammy VanHook made a motion <br />to approve the resolution, seconded and passed by 4-0 vote. <br />Item three: 23 Permits and 73 Inspections reported since the last meeting. <br />During new business / comments Josh Brown thanked all for their efforts and hard <br />work while Tammy Vard look stated there would be no October meeting. <br />Robert Alumbaugh made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Tammy VanHook; <br />meeting adjourned by 4-0 vote. <br />President <br />
