NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Town Council for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, meeting in regular session as follows: Section 1. The Council hereby authorizes the Town to become a member of the Development Authority pursuant to the Act. The Town shall be a member of the development authority for not less than five years. Section 2. The Council shall adopt the Plan by separate resolution, which resolution shall be substantially similar to the resolutions of other participating members of the Development Authority. Section 3. The Town shall notify the Indiana Economic Development Commission of its membership in the Development Authority. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and upon its adoption and in accordance with Indiana law. [The remainder of this page is blank.]
