SECTION V. STREET DEPARTMENT Paid from MVH & Wastewater Funds Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi- weekly) Street Superintendent $2,636.91 bi-weekly Assistant Street Superintendent 29.98 per hour Skilled Laborer 26.96 per hour Entry Level 26.46 per hour (Shall receive a $.50 raise after the first six months) Unskilled Laborer 23.18 per hour Entry Level 22.68 per hour (Shall receive a $.50 raise after the first six months) Office Manager 2,141.22 bi-weekly An additional $.50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a Category 8 Certification. If the employee is a Supervisor or salaried employee the amount shall be $.50 per hour up to 40 hours per week to be added to their income. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the department and other employees. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time and shall receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. Full -Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. Paid from Stormwater Fund Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi- weekly) Stormwater Inspector & Building Inspector Seasonal Stormwater Employees $2,156.57 12.00 per hour
