Administration <br />Office Clerk <br />Administrative Clerk <br />Police Commission Board Members <br />24.14 per hour <br />24.14 per hour <br />50.00 for each meeting attended <br />In addition to the above salaries, Police Officers and Communications Officers on the <br />second shift shall receive an additional $.25 per hour and officers on the third shift shall <br />receive an additional $.50 per hour. Communications Officers working the swing shift <br />will receive $.30 per hour. <br />The Police Chief, as Administrative Executive of the department, shall not be entitled to <br />overtime but instead shall receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1. For every hour worked in <br />excess of 40 hours, he shall receive 1 hour time off for compensation. <br />All other Police Officers shall receive overtime as set out in the Fair Labor Standards Act <br />based on a work period of either 7 or 28 consecutive days with the overtime computed as <br />allowable by the Fair Labor Standards Act for the said work period, and shall receive pay <br />at the rate of 1'/� to 1, for every hour in excess of the determined regular number of hours <br />set for the Fair Labor Standards Act for the work period they shall receive pay at the rate <br />of 1%2 hour for 1 hour of overtime worked. <br />All Police Officers shall receive as a benefit paid by the Town for the 1977 Pension Plan <br />18% of their salary.
