Minutes of the Council for the Town of Mooresville Executive Session on January 2, 2024 <br />The Council for the Town of Mooresville conducted an executive session on January 2, 2024, at <br />5:30 p.m. Council members present were Councilman Warthen, Councilman Swinney, <br />Councilman Cook, Councilman Brown, and Councilman Witt. Town Attorney Chou-il Lee, Chief <br />of Police Kerry Buckner, and Calvin Boultbee were also present. <br />This was an executive session under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), (b)(6), and (b)(9). <br />Councilman Swinney motioned to adjourn and was seconded by Councilman Brown.
