Mooresville Plan Commission <br />December 14th, 2023 <br />Members present: Tammy VanHook, Mark Taylor, Josh Brown, Robert Alumbaugh, and <br />Kim Schofield. JD Robinson and attorney Ashley Ulbricht were absent. <br />Mark Taylor called the meeting to order then asked for a motion on the previous minutes; <br />Josh Brown motioned to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Kim Schofield, <br />motion passed with a 4-0 vote, one member abstaining. <br />Item 1) 23-126 Concept Plan @ Flagstaff Business Park, Lot 8. Mr. E Osterhaus is <br />seeking approval & or confirmation of the allowance of a building / warehouse plant type <br />facility and parking lot prior to purchase from current owner DA Green LLC. The <br />possible number of employees, storm run off retention plans, potential landscaping and <br />building elevation were all presented. Mark Taylor called for questions, Josh Brown <br />questioned if there were concerns at the Technical Review, only the locations of fire <br />hydrants and that had been clarified. When no further questions or comments were made <br />Mark Taylor called for a motion; Josh Brown motioned to approve, seconded by Kim <br />Schofield and passed unanimously. <br />Item 2) Allison Estates section 2 final plat approval. John Larrison of Holloway <br />Engineering presented the final plat noting there had been no changes since the original <br />approval, with no concerns from Building Inspector Tim Bennet and no questions or <br />comments from the Commission or audience Mark Taylor called for a motion; tammy <br />VanHook made a motion to approve, seconded by Robert Alumbaugh and approved by a <br />5-0 vote, the plat was signed and presented to Mr. Larrison. <br />Tim Bennett reported 10 Permits and 54 Inspections since the last meeting. <br />During new business Tammy VanHook presented the idea of changing the meeting <br />nights, as requested, due to traffic congestion at Churches in Mission. <br />When no further business was brought before the Commission Mark Taylor called for a <br />motion to adj ourn; so made by Josh Brown, seconded by Tammy VanHook and passed <br />unanimously. <br />(�X�077�- �� <br />President <br />Se ry <br />
