Mooresville Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners <br />Police Department Ernie Wilson <br />Fred Settle <br />Chris Hobbick <br />MOORESVILLE POLICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br />These are the minutes of the scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Police Commission, held at <br />the Mooresville Police Department on January 18, 2024. <br />Members Present: Chris Hobbick, Ernie Wilson <br />Also Present: Captain John Forbes, Attorney Charles Braun <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. <br />Commissioner Hobbick made a motion to accept the minutes from the October 19, 2023, <br />meeting. Commissioner Wilson seconded. No discussion. The motion was passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hobbick made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 16, 2023, <br />meeting. Commissioner Wilson seconded. No discussion. The motion was passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hobbick and Commissioner signed the notice for the December meeting that was <br />cancelled. Attorney Braun advised that the commissioners did not need to make a motion <br />because nothing occurred. <br />No old business for the Police Commission. <br />No old business for the Chief of Police (represented by Captain Forbes). <br />No old business for the Attorney. <br />Commissioner Hobbick advised that he had new business. Chief Buckner had sent a new SOP <br />for the Police Commission to review. The SOP involved the vehicle operations for the <br />department. <br />No new business for the Chief of Police (represented by Captain Forbes). <br />No new business for the Attorney. <br />No public comments. <br />
