with two six-month renewal periods at a 6% rate of commission. Commissioner Culp made the motion <br />to approve the listing agreement as presented. Commissioner Heidenreich seconded the motion, which <br />carried 5-0. <br />Patel Site: Manns shared the Build -Operate -Transfer agreement was fully executed with corresponding <br />exhibits per the May approval <br />Main Street: Manns shared the June meetings for the Main Street project will be at the Chamber <br />Luncheon on June 20`h followed by a public meeting from 5:00-6:30 at Bran and Shorts. Three design <br />options have been provided by the design team and will be made public at those meetings for public <br />comment. Commissioner Pipkin asked if there would be a public comment period which Manns will <br />request from the design team. <br />Parks: Manns shared the Pioneer Park upgrades have come in over budget. The parks subcommittee is <br />meeting next week with the contractor to further plan value engineering and design modifications. <br />Parks Superintendent Cornelius will attend the July meeting with an additional update <br />Legal/Managerial Update: Attorney Steuerwald presented the legislative update. Nominal changes to <br />TIF were made during the 2024 legislative session. <br />Manns noted she attended the Parks Department's stakeholder engagement meeting. She also noted <br />she would be passing out flyers for the June 20`h public meeting for Main in Motion. <br />Review of Claims: The claims were presented in the amount of $29,270.90. Commissioner Culp made <br />the motion to approve the claims as presented. Commissioner Pipkin seconded the motion, which <br />carried 5-0. <br />For the Good of the Order: Dr. Allen praised the Mooresville Varsity Baseball team who won regionals <br />last weekend and are playing in the semi -state game Saturday, June S`h. He also noted Hogan Denny, a <br />Mooresville senior won the Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year award. <br />Commissioner Swinney noted the ribbon cutting at Old Town Park took place on the 61h and was a great <br />event. <br />Commissioner Heidenreich shared his excitement for the Main Street project. <br />Commissioner Culp shared comments he's heard about the desire for trees to remain along the Main <br />Street project. He also noted at the ribbon cutting for the Old Town Park, how appreciative he is of the <br />ingenuity of Parks Superintendent Cornelius. <br />
