WHEREAS, in order to expend the funds from the above named funds for the <br />above stated purposes, the funds must be appropriated into the appropriate budget line <br />items of the funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Town has caused notice of a hearing on said appropriations <br />to be published as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on September 3, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., at <br />Mooresville Government Center, Mooresville, Indiana, concerning said <br />appropriations at which time all taxpayers and interested persons had an <br />opportunity to appear and express their views as to such additional appropriations; <br />WHEREAS, the Town, by its Council has determined that it is in the public <br />interest to now appropriate such funds accordingly. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MOORESVILLE TOWN <br />COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the CCD Fund <br />#4402 for the purposes specified, subject to applicable laws, as follows: <br />$392,000.00 -CCD Fund 94402 <br />to <br />CCD Other Capital Outlays: Line Item 4402001432.000 - $207,000.00 <br />CCD Machinery & Equipment: Line Item 4402001443.000 - $185,000.00 <br />3. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the LIT Economic <br />Development Fund #2209 for the purposes specified, subject to applicable <br />laws, as follows: <br />$200,000.00 - LIT Economic Development #2209 <br />to <br />LIT Economic Development IT Services: Line Item 2209001359.000 - $136,000.00 <br />LIT Economic Development Transfers: Line Item 2209001520.000 - $64,000.00 <br />4. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the Riverboat Fund <br />#2235 for the purposes specified, subject to applicable laws, as follows: <br />$100,000.00 -Riverboat Fund #2235 <br />to <br />
