Board members ~esent were Donald <br />Ba:D-, Mike Young and .~ian I~amer. Donald Ban)' l~esided over the meeting. Tim Currens <br />Town a~ernev was also present for the meeting. <br /> <br />The mee*i~mg was ca]ed to o:d~ at 7:00 pm, at that time Mr. Bart5' asked for a motion <br />cn the rrm'rotes of the Septmtber 15,1999 meeting Motion to approve the nunutes as <br />Written was made by .alan tQan~er: the second came from Mike Young. The motion <br />canied 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />The fa'st request on the agenda was Mom'eswille Parmers: asking for a variance from the <br />setback reclukements at State Road 67 and Bridge Street for a s¢gn~. The variance would <br />be 30 feet which is 30 feet less than the reqnked 60 feet. Don Fischer from In~qght <br />Engineering presented the request. Mike Youn~g asked Mr. Fischer where the s/gn would <br />set without the vanm~ce, ~.fi Fischer' am"~'ered that it would be about in the center of <br />B~rger _'i~s drive tlu= la_ne. With no other que~ons from the Bo~d or the floor Mr <br />Bany read the Devel%m~ental Standards. At!er the reading a motion was m~e by )dan <br />Kramer to approve the vaziance a second cede fiom Mike Young the motion earned <br />3-0 with none opposed <br /> <br />The next item was Claudette Hankin~ reque~q.W a vmiance to have a beau~ shop <br />in h~' garage at 518 Keys Road. Mrs Hat ~dCns presented her request, she smd that her, <br />shop would be 9a.m. to 6 m' 7 pm..¥k I~'amer asked about off road parking. Mm <br />Haniins said that with only having a one chair that parking would not be a problem. <br />The re~dent fi'om 510 Keys Road had concerns about a rental on the property and <br />with a variance what other chromes could be made ix, hs H~ assu:'ed her that the only <br />tl~ing that would be done was the Beaut],.- Shop and that the rental is occupied and would <br />~ay a rental. Mr. Cun'e~ ~:,ted th.',t the V~iance is ouly for a Beaut)' Shop -,=nd only in the <br />garage. With no other questions the Develol-~n~tal Standards were read. A motion was presented <br />to approve the variance roi a BeauD' Shop in the garage at 51 $ Keys Road with one <br />cp~atm and that the agn would stay a one by two foot shingle under the overhang <br />of the ga:age, by Lhke Young the second to the motion was by .Man Krarner. The variance <br />passed with a 3-0 vote with none opposed. <br /> <br />Wtth no other business .~lart ~anter motioned to adjourn the meeting, the motion was <br />seconded by Mike You~ Morion to adjomn passed 3-0 <br /> <br /> <br />
