MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> SPECIAL EXCEPTION <br /> <br /> A special exception request being filed by the Moodys to allow a B-3 use by special <br />exception under the Mooresville Zoning Ordinance for the sale of manufactured housing and <br />the Board having heard evidence now finds: <br /> <br /> 1. The establishment, maintenance or operation of this special exception will not be <br />detrimental to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community. <br /> <br /> 2. The special exception will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other <br />properties in the immediate vicinity which are also zoned for business uses. <br /> <br /> 3. The establishment of the special exception will not impede or substantially alter <br />the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property since this <br />is a consistent use for adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary facilities <br />have been or are going to be provided. <br /> <br /> 4. Adequate measures have been taken to provide ingress and egress to minimize <br />traffic congestion. <br /> <br />5.
