MOOKESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> April21,1999 <br /> <br />The Town of Mooreswille Board of Zoning met for their regular on April 21, 1999 <br />at the Mooresville Town Hall 26 South Indiana Street. Members l~esont were Brent <br />Plunkett, Donald Bany, Alan Kramer and Mike Young. Tim Cur~ens Town attorney <br />was also present. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Donald Barry to approve the minutes as wntte~ for the March <br />17, 1999 meeting the second came from Alan Kramer, motion camed 4-0 with none <br />opposed. <br /> <br />Palxicia Allman came to the board requesting a valiance for a Mobil home to be placed <br />at 2032 Country Club Rd. The mobile home would be parked temporarily during the <br />remodeling of the exciting home. Mx. Curreras town attorney advised the .gllmans,that the <br />board of zoning appeals could not hear or act on the variance according to the standards <br />of the Mobil home ordinance. They do not have the authority to grant a variance for that. <br />After discussion there was a motion to continue this matter for one month by Don Barry <br />with Mike Young m~lri,g a second, the vote was 4-0 to continue for one month. Al~er <br />the vote R. obert Fergtmon gave the board pielures of the Inoperty in question and stated <br />the he felt the granting any variance would be a grave mistake. No new notices will be <br /> <br />The request for a sign variance at 203 North Indiana Street by Quest and Johnson will <br />be postlxmed until the May meeting, the advertising in the paper was not done 10 days <br />before the meeting.
