BOOK PAGE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ 1978 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN cOUNTY, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana, that <br /> WHEREAS, the owners o~ the following described tracts of <br /> / ~ <br />real estate, the same being WILLIAM L. JOHNSON and BETTY L. JOHNSON, <br />and WILLIAM J. WARD, JR., and CAROLYN J- WARD, presented written <br />requests for annexation of their real estate hereinafter described <br />in person and by their counsel, John E. Mills, to the Board of <br /> of the civil Town of Mooresville, at its regular scheduled <br /> <br />meeting on February 21, <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> 1977, and <br /> <br />said tracts, hereinafter described, owned by <br /> <br />said individuals, are presently receiving governmental and proprie- <br /> <br />tary services, substantially equivalent and standard in scope to the <br /> <br />governmental and proprietary services <br />of Mooresville, Indiana, to the other <br />within the civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> furnished by the Civil Town <br /> areas presently incorporated <br /> Indiana, and <br /> <br />by the powers vested in the Board of Trustees <br />of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, it is <br /> <br />of the civil Town <br /> <br />following tracts of real estate <br />annexed to the civil Town of <br />such real estate being all <br />Indiana, to-wit: <br /> <br />hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the <br />owned by said individuals are hereby <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, <br /> situated in Morgan County, State of <br /> I. <br /> REAL ESTATE OF WILLIAM L.
