BOOK ORDINANCE NO. _~ , 1978 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, JHABIG'S tion of of Mooresville, on February 21, Indiana, that: WHEREAS, the owners of the following described real estate, CASUALS, Incorporated, presented an oral request for annexa- such real estate to the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town Indiana, at said Board's regular scheduled meeting 1978, with such request being made by Ingrid E.
