BOOK PAGE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />· 1978 <br /> <br />TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br /> <br /> INDIANA.. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees <br />of Mooresville, Morgan County· Indiana, that: <br /> <br />of the Civil Town <br /> <br /> By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br />Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, by the laws of the State <br />of Indiana (Acts 1969, Ch. 239, Sec. 412, p. 894), being Indiana <br />Code 18-5-10-30, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the follow- <br />ing two tracts of real estate, which are presently receiving govern- <br />mental and proprietary services, substantially equivalent in standard <br />and scope to the governmental and proprietary services furnished by <br />the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to 6ther areas of the town, <br />now presently incorporated within the town limits, are hereby annexed <br />to the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, said real <br />estate being all situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of the east half of Section 36, Township 14 North, <br />Range 1 East, described as follows, to-wit: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Block 28 in Samuel <br />Moore's Third Addition to the Town of Mooresville and on <br />the R/W line of State Road 144, run thence South a distance <br />of 464.3 feet to the north line of South Street, run thence <br />East Along the north line of South Street a distance of <br />318.6 feet, run thence South 20°East a distance of 61.0 <br />feet to the south line of South Street, run thence South <br />86 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 85 feet to the <br />west R/W of State Road 144, run thence easterly a distance <br />of 300 feet to the southwest cornerof a5.76 acre tract of <br />land, described in Deed Record 132, page 104, run thence <br />North 60 degrees 20 minutes East a distance of 459.2 feet, <br />run thence North a distance of 297 feet, run thence West a <br />distance of 1163 feet to the place of beginning, containing <br />11.80 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Part of the west half of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, <br />Township 14 North, Range 1 East, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />
