Attoney Tim Currens told Mr. Stewart he had the option to go before <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance to lot size. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller had sent a letter to the Plan Commission concerning this property, but Mr. Miller was <br />not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway presented a preliminary sketch for a residential subdivision located at Keys Road <br />and Bethel Road. This would be single family homes comparible to Pioneer Country Estates on <br />one acre tracts. The homes would be on a septic and on public water. The first phase would be <br />approximately 45 homes. Attorney Tim Currens stated the commission should probably go with <br />zoning R-l, but bring in covenants for sizes and Mr. Holloway said they could also put zoning <br />commitments on plat. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway also brought in a problem; On May 11, 1999 the Jackson-Catalier property <br />located on Hadley Road at the edge of Town buffer was rezoned to a four lot minor plat. The <br />title company had come up with a question concerning a small part of Lot 7. Town attorney Tim <br />Currens will write a letter to Marvel Title Company. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Other business before the commission. A variance was granted to the property owner on <br />Indianapolis Road by the railroad track to operate a business in their home. The corner of High <br />Street and South Indiana Street had been rezoned to business and there are people living there. <br />This property is owned by David Burns. Town attorney Tim Currens will send a letter. <br />Commissioner Pygman voiced a complaint he had received concerning two lots in Trinity <br />Estates. Commissioner Beebe said the lot owner's association should bring this up at their next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-four (34) permits and ninety-four (94) <br />inspections. <br />Mr. Beikman had also received a request to use the IGA parking lot for a temporary used car lot <br />operating for ten days.
