Motion carried 7-0.

Next order of business the correction to the Robb Minor Plat lot 1. When Robb's sold lot 3, they
transferred a small parcel of land from lot 1 to lot 3. The strip runs in front of the dam and is
waste land. Now the property line for lot 1 has been moved and is now smaller. Lot 1 went
from 2.5 acres to 2.3 acres. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by
Commissioner Young to accept the revision of Lot 1 to the Robb Minor Plat. Motion carried 7-
O.

Chairman Beebe received a letter in the form of a petition complaining about misuse of property
at 223 and 215 E. South Street. The property is zoned R-l and Wooley Saw Mill is using the
property to store logs, parking vehicles and trucks. Supervisor of Public Works, Joe Beikman
reported that Wooley Saw Mill had removed the logs and was no longer in violation of the
zoning code. Commissioner Williamson said that they were still parking vehicles and trucks on
the lots. Chairman Beebe asked Mr. Beikman to look into the violation. This was tabled until
the next meeting, February 24, 2000.

-

Chairman Beebe stated he had received a letter from Purdue University stating they were
offering training classes for Plan Commissioners on March 10, 2000 at Noblesville and
was any money available in their budget to help with the cost of the classes. Mr. Beebe said he
would check to see if there was any money available.

Commissioner McGuire reported on the amendment to the Master Plan. The Amendment No.2
is due to the expansion for the Town corporate limits. It is now necessary to expand the limits of
the current Economic Development Plan to include an area which adjoins SR 67. The
Commission asked if there would be any changes to the property taxes and how they were
distributed. Harold Gutzwiller, EDC Director reported there would be no changes to the taxes.
Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Bennett, that
Amendment NO.2 is in compliance with the Town's Master Plan for the use of this ground and
the original Plan for the Economic Development District. Motion Carries 7-0.

Commissioner McGuire reported on the revision of the intersections on State Road 67 from SR
144 to 1-465. Street Commissioner, Joe Beikman, reported that all the intersections and
crossovers will be revised. Mr. Beikman said all the intersections in the Mooresville area are in
compliance the State regulations.

Mr. Beikman reported there were 21 permits and 101 inspections.

There being no further business before the commission at this time, Commissioner Ehrhart
motioned to adjourn.

',,-,"
