Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Abbott to approve request for a 4 lot minor plat. Motion carried 6-0. r Michael and Virginia Ragan were next on the agenda with a request for a 4 Lot Minor Plat on Landersdale Road. These lots will be hooked on to the Mooresville Sanitary lines. Brian Hopwood spoke for the Ragans and told the Commission they have approval from the the Town Council to hook on for his present house. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Abbott to approve the 4 Lot Minor Plat subject to approval from Town Council to hook on to Sanitary lines and subject to extending Lot I to the North property line. Motion carried 6-0. Next, Lisa Edwards and John Groves had a request for a 3 Lot Minor Plat on Pennington and Dayhuff Roads. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Marshall to approve the 3 Lot Minor Plat. Motion carried 6-0. Dale Koons of Heartland Crossing presented the PUD for Missions Sec. 3 with a reduction in the number of lots. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Abbott to accept the PUD Missions Sec. 3 subject to bonding. Motion carried 6-0. Meeting rules were discussed by the Commission. They are to be given to people attending meetings and posted around the meeting room. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, ~ second by Commissioner Pygman to adopt the attached rules for conducting public meetings of the Mooresville Plan Commission. Motion carried 6-0. Commissioner Young brought up the three cars for sale in yard on Indianapolis Road across from Steve Remster's home. The Commission was glad to see Bill Abbott back and asked cards to be sent to Vem Kimmel at Methodist Hospital. The Remster Lawsuit was discussed. The Judge made a ruling to have Remster's Plat signed and approved by the Mooresville Plan Commission. I , Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-six (36) penn its issued and one hundred forty one ( 141) inspections completed. Commissioner Abbott moved to adjourn the meeting.
