The cul-de-sac is <br />Morgan County and th~ road has been constructed to Morgan County standards, but the final <br />asphalt surface has not been completed yet. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, <br />second by Commissioner Abbott to approve request for a 4 lot minor plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Michael and Virginia Ragan were next on the agenda with a request for a 4 Lot Minor Plat on <br />Landersdale Road. These lots will be hooked on to the Mooresville Sanitary lines. Brian <br />Hopwood spoke for the Ragans and told the Commission they have approval from the the Town <br />Council to hook on for his present house. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by <br />Commissioner Abbott to approve the 4 Lot Minor Plat subject to approval from Town Council to <br />hook on to Sanitary lines and subject to extending Lot I to the North property line. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Next, Lisa Edwards and John Groves had a request for a 3 Lot Minor Plat on Pennington and <br />Dayhuff Roads. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Marshall <br />to approve the 3 Lot Minor Plat. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Dale Koons of Heartland Crossing presented the PUD for Missions Sec. 3 with a reduction in the <br />number of lots. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Abbott <br />to accept the PUD Missions Sec. 3 subject to bonding. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Meeting rules were discussed by the Commission. They are to be given to people attending <br />meetings and posted around the meeting room. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, <br />~ second by Commissioner Pygman to adopt the attached rules for conducting public meetings of <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Young brought up the three cars for sale in yard on Indianapolis Road across <br />from Steve Remster's home. <br /> <br />The Commission was glad to see Bill Abbott back and asked cards to be sent to Vem Kimmel at <br />Methodist Hospital. <br /> <br />The Remster Lawsuit was discussed. The Judge made a ruling to have Remster's Plat signed and <br />approved by the Mooresville Plan Commission. <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-six (36) penn its issued and one hundred forty <br />one ( 141) inspections completed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Abbott moved to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be held on Thursday, May 27, 1999 <br />at 7:00 P.
