<br />to deny the request for rezone and leave as is. Motion carried 6-0. This will be heard at the <br />February 2,1999 Town Council meeting. <br /> <br />Foley, Foley, and Peden presented the Commission with drawings of an area of housing in <br />Heartland Crossing. This project came under the Morgan County Plan Commission when the <br />Town of Mooresville's buffer lines were withdrawn. Now the project is under Town of <br />Mooresville Plan Commission. The group will come back in near future with another drawing. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway presented Dunbar-Reagan Addn. request for rezone from R-1 to R-3 Multi- <br />family. This property is at the intersection of Carlisle and Bishop Street and consists ofthree <br />lots. Rick Lee spoke to the Commission concerning the history of this property and requested a <br />withdrawal of the request or for the property to be zoned R-I or R-2 only. Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Pygman, second by Commissioner Marshall to recommend to the Town Council <br />to deny request for rezone. The vote was 4-2 with Commissioners McGuire and Beebe opposed. <br />As this was not a majority vote, this request was tabled to the next meeting. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway presented the Hopkins request for a rezone of I I acres east of Knightsbridge <br />from Agriculture to PUD-R. This was not a final plat because of a rezone. The access to this 11 <br />acres thru Roberson Woodson Rosewood Lane instead of thru Knightsbridge was questioned <br />by Tom Sanborn, President of Roberson Woods Association. After a lengthy discussion, <br />Commissioner Young suggested this be tabled and Holloway & Assoc. meet with the individuals <br />involved. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Kimmel to <br />table until a meeting with owners and come back to future meeting. Motion carried 5-1. <br />Commissioner McGuire opposed. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Alan Kramer representing Don Noel of 1395 Keller Hill Road requested a 2 lot minor plat from <br />4 acres. The Noels live on the front of the property and want to build a home at the back behind <br />some woods. They have approval from the county for a driveway and utilities are already there. <br />A variance needs to be obtained from the BZA for a 20 foot strip setback from Keller Hill Road. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Kimmel to table to the <br />February meeting for Tech Review Committee. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported twenty-two (22) pennits and eighty-six (86) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Young and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The next <br />meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be held on Thursday, February 25,1999, at <br />7:00 P.
