<br />........... <br /> <br />the motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Brian Philips and Pastor Linville for New Life Community Wesleyan Church came before the <br />Commission to as for a rezone of the property at 1594 St. Rd. 144. The Rezone would be from <br />Agricultural to RJ-Multifamily. The land would be for a retirement village. There were several <br />concerns from neighboring property owners, such as water retention, added traffic to an already <br />heavily traveled road, if there would be any Section 8 homes, and the effect of the value <br />on the excisting homes. There was a request to table until D.O.T. could be talked to about <br />another drive. At that time Bill Abbott motioned to not recommend the Rezone the motion was <br />seconded by Steve Campbell. The motion carried 7-0 to deny the rezone request. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway for Perry, Fisher, LLC : For Southbridge Crossing, Comm POO--Lots 4D, <br />E. F, and G. A layout of the buildings and parking has been given to Mr. Beikman. <br />Mr. Abbott said that this met the Comprehensive Plan and there was no problem with <br />it. After some discussion of work done at the Highway and the driveway. Bill Abbott moved to <br />approve the POO with the second from Andy Pygman. The motion carried 7-0 with none <br />opposed. <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />Mr McGuire asked if any follow up items from last month needed to be discussed.
