Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Holloway presented the Hopkins, Caperton, Stafford Rezone from Agriculture to a PUD <br />Residential. There will be 55 lots, a parle, a lake , and walking trails. The housing concept is Patio <br />or Cluster homes geared to Professional people or older people who would be looking for little <br />yard maintenance. A Homeowners Association would maintain the common areas. Landscaping <br />joining Knightsbridge and along Bridge Street. Also a landscaped median at the entrance with two <br />lanes on each side. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Ehrhart <br />to recommend to the Town Council to approve a rezone to PUD Residential. and to approve this <br />Plat with stipulations that Bridge Street is completed thru before Final Plat Approval, that 40 % of <br />the homes be 1400 square feet or larger with the balance a minimum of 1300 square feet. Also <br />7S% balance of ltIJISonary on the first floor and commit to some mounding. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />The Commission asked Building Inspector Joe Beikman to inspect the Starkey house on East Main <br />Street across ftom Crystal Flash to see if it is unsafe. They also want him to check on the house at <br />39 West Main Street for occupancy. Someone had reported there may be someone living there. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-eight (38) permits and eighty-two (82) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time a motion was made <br />by commissioner Campbell, second by Commissioner Bennett to adjourn. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the MooresviJle Plan Commission will be on Thursday, September 25, at 7:00 <br />P.
