Specs., surveyor's report, Availability Fees for <br />sewer, covenant for maintenance of driveway and also the strong suggestions <br />of Bill Abbott that the sewers and street meet town spec. and are installed <br />to end of proposed development (end of Lot 1/2). Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued sixteen (16) permits <br />and thirty-six (36) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission at this time, motion to adjourn was made by John Ehrhart, second <br />by Charles McGuire.
