I "" ~ Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Art Raney to grant preliminary plat approval for a seven acre parcel, lot B-1, which is part of the Planned Unit Development known as Meadowbrook Business Park and grant a change of zoning for this lot from I-3 to I-I. Motion carried 9 - O. Mr. Ross Holloway presented a petition to the Plan Commission on behalf of George and Opal Fox, 1905 Allison Road for a four (4) lot minor plat being part of the S/2 of Section 30, T14N, R2E, containing 9.612 acres, more or less located on Allison Road. The technical review committee requested that a 20 foot utility easement be placed on the plat for sewers to lot 3 of this minor plat. Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Cummins to approve the George and Opal Fox, four (4) lot minor plat being part of the S/2 of Section 30, T14N, R2E, containing 9.612 acres, more or less located on Allison Road, subject to platting a 20 foot utility easement for sewers to lot 3 of said minor plat. Motion carried 9 - O. Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Tim Cummins to approve the final plat for the Wright Minor Plat. Motion carried 9 - O. The Commission asked the building inspector the status of the complaint filed at the October meeting against DY Detailing located at 7 E. Harrison Street. Attorney Tim Currens stated the owners of 7 E. Harrison Street will file for a variance. The committee appointed to review the Town's zoning ordinance will meet immediately following this Plan Commission meeting. Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued fifteen (15) permits and made sixty-six (66) inspections. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Plan Commission at this time. motion to adjourn was made by Art Raney, second by Tim Cummins. Motion carried 9 - O. The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be held Thursday, December 21, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. 2
