Need certification of dedication. <br /> <br />9. Need certificate of approval for Commission. <br />10. Need agreement with Town for sewer availability. <br /> <br />11. Street cut from County. <br /> <br />12. No combination Drainage & utility easement. <br />13. Mark Drainage Easement on lot 9. <br />14. Need downstream flow certification. <br /> <br />15. write covenants for no structures beyond the 30' rear <br />yard line. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />No driveway access shall be allowed on Hadley Road. <br />Remove 40' building line on Hadley Road. <br />Change lot 50 building line on Hadley Road to 30' . <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19.
