~

MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION
FINDINGS OF FACT

The Mooresville Plan Commission, having met at its regular
scheduled meeting place, Mooresville Town Hall, 26 S. Indiana st.,
the 27th day of July, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. and having held a public
hearing concerning the Petition of Harold Lloyd for a Minor Plat,
now makes the following Findings of Fact:
1. That notices were given pursuant to the Mooresville zoning
Ordinance including publication and certified letters.
2. That the requirements for the filing of a Minor Plat were
met with adequate access to a public road being provided and the
ground subdivided into no more than four (4) parcels
3. That the Board found that the Minor Plat did not conform
to the principals and standards which are generally required in the
Master Plan and under the Ordinance including the lot sizes, per
width to depth ratio.
4. The Board finds that the additional lot identified as 4 as
unbuildable and that no improvements would be placed this, however,
a statement from the Morgan county Health Department should be
provided concerning any sewage system on this and as such did not
meet the requirements of the Ordinance since at some point in time
an improvement could be placed on this lot.
5. The Board found that the subdivision plan did not conform
to the principals and standards which are generally exhibited in
the Master Plan.
Based upon these findings, the Plan Commission denied the
approval of the Minor Plat.

,
,

,
;
/ ~
/
~,---<-

.þQd..
