<br />~ <br /> <br />entities which would be required to provide services for this <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Stappert, 1622 Orchard Road inquired about <br />storage area at the homes in this development. <br /> <br />Mr. Chris Crouch stated that every house will have a two <br />car garage and storage sheds will be allowed on these <br />parcels. All houses will be custom homes. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway advised the Commission that this <br />snbdivLsion will be serviced by Hill Water with fire hydrants <br />being installed in the area. This project will be developed <br />over a five year period with approximately 19 houses built <br />Pf;" T' year. <br /> <br />Ms. Pat Griffin, 603 Pennington Road asked where the <br />water from the Wastewater Treatment Plant will run. <br /> <br />Mr. Crouch stated it will run through an existlng ditch <br />on this parcel. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Plan Commission attorney Tim Currens advised the <br />petitioners that it would be necessary for them to seek an <br />opinjon from the Board of Zoning Appeals as to weattler a <br />wastewater' treatment facility is a primary or secondary use, <br />whictl will determine the reqllirements of ael'eage needed for <br />bLlffering. <br /> <br />Mr. Crouch withdrew this petition and advised the <br />Commission he will re-file at a futllJ'e time. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission <br />presenting a petition for a three (31 lot minor plat for <br />'Iro Lester LewLs. This parcel of land contains 1.-13-1 acres <br />and is part of the NW/4 of Section 12, T13\; RIE on Crosby <br />Road in the Town of Mooresville. Lot 1 will contain .-133 <br />'icres more or less, lot 2 will contain .44 acres more or <br />}pss and lot: 1 will cont~ain .462 acres more or less. <br /> <br />Mr. Phil MUTlzer', Crosby Road, advised the Cornmissiorl <br />that he feels three houses on this parcel of land would cause <br />a hazard in r-egard to cars pulling out on Crosby Road. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Art Raney to <br />approve the three (3) lot minor plat located on Crosby Road <br />be Lng a part of the NW/4 of Section 12, T13N RlE containing <br />1.434 acres more or less, contingent upon Mr. Lewis paying <br />his sewer availability fees and receiving a driveway permit. <br />Motion carried 6-2 with Charles McGuire and Mike Young being <br />thp descending votes. <br /> <br />2 <br />
