<br />......... <br /> <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />~ <br />1 <br />{/ <br />,] \ <br /> <br />"--' <br /> <br />Mr. John 8ain, 650 Johnson Road asked who is going to <br />provide the water for the Davis Development <br /> <br />Mr. White advised that the water for this development <br />would be provided by Hoosier Water Company. <br /> <br />Ms. Mabel Smith, 740 Johnson Road asked if she could be <br />annexed into the town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />Mr. McGuire informed the Smith's that after the sewer <br />line is run to the Davis Development they could petition the <br />Town for annexation. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Tim Bennett to <br />approve the petition for final plat approval for the Davis <br />Development Company for the development at Hadley Road and <br />Johnson Road as submitted contingent upon the developer <br />satisfying the concerns of the Lassiter!s and the Field's <br />which are adjoining property owners, and the execution of the <br />necessary escrow agreements. Motion carried 6 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Commission <br />representing Mooresville Partners for a petition to rezone <br />property from AG to 83. Mr. Holloway explained that the <br />legal notices which were advertised are not the same as what <br />the petition is requesting; therefore, this petition will not <br />be presented at this meeting for approval. Mr. Holloway did <br />present a preliminary plan for lot 3 of Town Center to rezone <br />3.6 acreS for R3 zoning and 5,74 acres for R3 zoning, and <br />four lots varying in size from .9 acres to 2.0 acres for B3 <br />zoning. Mr. Holloway requested that the previous approved <br />minor plat be refiled to include the above lots. Plan <br />Commission attorney Tim Currens informed the petitioners he <br />will have to review the case prior to giving an opinion on <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Commission <br />representing Eugene Perry and Bryant Hopwood for a rezone <br />from AG to PUD-R for property located on Indianapolis Road <br />and for preliminary plat approval for a subdivision plat for <br />65 lots in two subdivisions. Lot .;7PC:: i.... tl,i~ Jcv,-,lõpfI,G"t"" <br />~,ill I¡;o¡¡ "7<;;00 'i'1""rA fQ~t, lots 1-35 will be for an "empty <br />nester" community-:' These lots will be 60 'feet frontage and <br />120 feet deep. Lots 36-65 will include two lots for the <br />United Methodist Church, the remaining lots will be 70 feet <br />frontage and 143 feet deep. <br /> <br />Mr. Heyward Dunham, 12 Eastview Drive, stated that he <br />has an 18 foot right-of-way on the east side of his property <br />which goes to Indianapolis Road and he wants to know how he <br />will be compensated for his right-of-way. Mr. Holloway <br />assured Mr. Dunham he will be compensated for his easement. <br /> <br />2 <br />
