<br />· <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Sherldan, 480 V1llage Blvd., expressed concern <br />about traffic on Bridge Street. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Dick, 1165 Tewksbury Drlve, inquired about <br />the buffer regulatlons between B3 and Rl to be ln compliance <br />wit~·~ the town zonirlg ordinance. <br /> <br />Chairman Beebe informed the public that the town zoning <br />ordinance requires a fifty (50) foot buffer between business <br />zoning and residential zoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Jones, 1163 Tlverton Drive, stated his property <br />borders Bridge Street on the rear of his property, since the <br />covenants restrict tho construction of a fence he lS <br />concerned that his property will have no buffer from the <br />busines'3 zoning of the parcel in question. <br /> <br />Ms. Christine Coleman, 1136 Tewksbury Lane, stated her <br />concerns in regard to the property taxes the people ln this <br />development are being assessed. Ms. Coleman wanted to know <br />where her property taxes are being spent. <br /> <br />Mooresville Clerk-Treasurer Ann Whaley explained the <br />break down of the property tax dollar. <br /> <br />......... 11,·. Mark Jones, 467 Village Blvd., st.ated that. it was <br />his understanding that Mooresville Partners planned to <br />contruct multi-family dwellings on Lot 3 of the parcel in <br />question ~ <br /> <br />Mr. Don Stafford, of Mooresville Partners, stated that <br />two hundred teet of frontage on Lot 3 is being designed to <br />construct a seventy-six unit multi-family dwelling. <br /> <br />Mr. John Swisher, 1235 Ironwood Drive, stated that he <br />felt everyone in attendance agreed that the two lots of thlS <br />parcel which front State Road 67 should be zoned commercial. <br />Mr, Swisher stated that the residents of the development east <br />of this par"cel should receive a comITlittment from the <br />developer as to what would be developed on each lot. in thlS <br />p¿Hcel. <br /> <br />Many people 1n attendance vOlced concern about what the <br />developer plans to do wlth Lot 3 of this parcel. <br /> <br />Mot1on was made by Charles McGuire, second by Steve <br />Edwards to ask the petitioners to amend the requested rezone <br />to Include only Lots 1 and 2 of this parcel for rezone from <br />AG to B2.
