<br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresvllle Plan <br />CommlSSlon representing John and Jina Tucker wIth a two lot <br />mInor plat located on Rooker Road beIng part of E!2 SE/4 of <br />SectIon 7 T13N R2E containing 3.00 cares more or less. <br /> <br />The Plan CommIssion noted the rucker application for a <br />mlnor plat dId not Include a Board of Health Septic permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Joe Fantono, 1150 Shady Lane expressed concern about <br />the dIstance between houses in this area. Mr. Holloway <br />stated the houses in this minor plat wIll be 200 feet from <br />existing houses. <br /> <br />Motiorl was made by Charles McGuire, second by Steve <br />Edwards to grant the request for a mInor plat to John and <br />Jina Tucker for part of E!2 SE!4 of Section 7 T 13H ¡C,2E con· <br />taining 3.00 acres more or less on Rooker Road, contingent <br />upon the petitioners receiving a septic permit from the Board <br />of Health. Motion carred 7-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway and Mr. Bryant Hopwood appeared before <br />the Plan Commission for a briefing concerning a projected PUD <br />off of lndianapolis Road. Ho action was taken by the Plan <br />CommissIon due to no filing has been submitted for this <br />pðr"cel. <br /> <br />-.....- <br /> <br />rhe Plan Commission received a letter of complaint from <br />Harlan Sterrett, 1044 State Road 144, Mooresville, advising <br />the CommissIon that a business is being run from the <br />residence located at 1005 State Road 144. Building Inspector <br />Joe Beikman will investigate this complaInt. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued <br />twenty-one (21) permi ts and made sixty-three (63) <br />inspections" <br /> <br />Plan Cunlmission Chau'man Bob Tucker' appointed Joe <br />Belkman, Bill Abbott and Charles McGuire to a technical <br />reView committee to revIew all plats prior to Plan Commisslon <br />meetings.
