Indiana Street Mooresville, IN 46158 To whom it may concern: This letter is in regards to our complaint about a business located in the alley behind 33 I Northeast Street. We have recently been informed Ihat Ihis facility has not applied for zoning. The name of Ihe business is Rupp's Auto Service. He can be located at Ihe numbers attached Our complaint is such that we are unable to obtain entry into our driveways from Ihis alley due to Ihe large volume of business performed here. We have made numerous attempts to resolve Ihis dispute in a kind manner. He will comply wilh our requests for several months and Ihen Ihe situation becomes a vicious cycle. '~. We have confronted Mr. Rupp about friends and customers parlcing in our driveways. We have even gone as far as put bricks up in Ihe yard to prevent Ihem from parlcing on our lawns. Bolh parties are unable to reach an agreement concerning Ihis matter. We are very angry Ihat we are taxpayers and own our property, while he rents his garage from Mr. Bible (???), and we have to take Ihese extensive measures to protect our rights and propeI1y. We also believe Ihat it is a fire hazard for his customers and mends to block Ihe alley. His customers have also been seen speeding down Ihe alley. There are numerous children Ihat play in Ihe areas ofNortheast and Washington Streets. We fear for Ihe safety oflhese and any olher pedestrians and children in Ihese areas. We hope Ihat prompt and effective measures can be taken in regards to Ihis matter. We would appreciate your help in dealing wilh this subject.
