The Plan Commission investigated the <br />buffer between PUD - I and adjoining property, determining <br />that the buffer should be 100 feet to comply with the Town <br />of Mooresville zoning ordinance. This PUD - I shows a 20 <br />foot buffer between this parcel and the adjoining property. <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Steve Edwards <br />that the Plan Commission produce a finding that, in this <br />case, the 20 foot buffer is an adequate buffer and this <br />PUD - I can deviate from the zoning ordinance on this matter <br />Motion passed 9 - O. <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Vern <br />Kimmel, to recommend to the Mooresville Town Council the <br />approval of the proposed rezone from 1-2 to PUD - I for the <br />parcel of land located on South State Road 67 being part of <br />the W/2 SW/4 T13N, RlE, Sec. 1 of the second Principal <br />Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana. Motion passed 9 - O. <br />Mr,' Sweet, 1982 Hadley Road, appeared before the Moores- <br />ville Plan Commission inquiring about the drainage in the <br />area caused by the Swinney Development. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway presented a preliminary plat of <br />Collett Acres which indicates retention areas in the area <br /> <br />which should help the drainage in this area. <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />2 <br />
