<br />r <br /> <br />'---' <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />Member Bill Abbott asked Mr. Fehribach what the level of <br />service would be for a five (5) year projection with the road <br />construction improvements. <br />Mr. Fehribach explained that the level of service would be <br />a level B. <br />Mr. Cochran informed the Commission that the Marsh representatives <br />would be filing for a P. U. D. - C for September's meeting. <br />Attorney Mark Peden appeared before the Mooresville Planning <br />Commission representing the Swinney Brothers with a request for a <br />rezone for Collett Meadows, Section II on Landersdale Road from <br />AG to Rl-d. Mr. Peden informed the Commission that they had amended <br />the restrictive covenants so there would be some diversity in the <br />plans for the homes. Mr. Peden explained that 16% of the homes <br />would be less than 1,100 square feet and that 37% of the homes would <br />be more than 1,200 square feet. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway, Surveyor representing the Swinney Brothers <br />informed the Commission that the minimum lot size in Collett Meadows, <br /> <br />Section II would be 12,000 square feet and the average lot sizes <br />were over 14,000 square feet. <br /> The Swinney Brothers decided to withdraw their petition and <br />show their plans as a preliminary P. U. D. - R. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Signe Nicholson to accept Swinney Brothers <br />plans as a preliminary consultation for a P. U. D. - R. A second <br />was made by Joel Beebe. Motion passed 6 - O. <br /> <br /> Attorney Peden explained that the Swinney Brothers would <br />file for a P. U. D. - R for September's meeting. <br /> Mr. Mike Linville with New Life Community Wesleyan Church <br /> <br />appeared before the Mooresville Planning Commission with a request <br /> <br />2 <br />
