The Commission decided to send a letter to the Engineer <br />of the Rooker Trace Development concerning the erosion problems. <br />Mr. Alan Kramer, Surveyor, returned before the Commission <br /> <br /> <br />for final approval on a request of a minor plat for Mr. Michael <br /> <br /> <br />Davidson at SOl E. County Line Road. Mr. Kramer explained that <br /> <br /> <br />he had notified all the checkpoint agencies, shown the distance <br /> <br /> <br />to the nearest intersection on his plat and made modifications on <br /> <br /> <br />the set back distance. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made by Joel Beebe to grant the final approval <br /> <br /> <br />for the request of a minor plat on SOl E. County Line Road to <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Davidson. A second was made by Steve Edwards. Motion passed <br /> <br /> <br />8 - O. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed making a list of changes to the <br /> <br /> <br />zoning ordinance to be talked about at the next regular scheduled <br /> <br /> <br />meeting of the Mooresvi1le Plan Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported he had issued <br />thirty (30) building permits and made seventy-five (75) inspections. <br />Mr. Beikman also reported that a total of 184 single family <br /> <br />3 <br />
