<br />· <br /> <br />Mr. Ferguson explained that he was in discussions with <br />Hill Water Company to possibly sell a piece of his land to <br />them for a well farm. Mr. Ferguson explained that Hill Water <br />would also need to build a small water purification plant on <br />this property. <br /> <br />Mr. Ferguson explained that he and his son were running <br />a small business at the present time and that they needed the <br />1-2 zoning classification for their business. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed and discussed Mr. Ferguson's <br />reques t. <br /> <br />Several residents from around this area came before the <br />Plan Commission to voice their concerns about Mr. Ferguson's <br />plans. <br /> <br />0" G.....T1"'r C..",/Ø>rl'? <br />212 acres ~L :5105 ~L <br />until the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Ferguson's request to rezone <br />Z:;th Stre<¡µ; from AG to 1-2 was tabled <br /> <br />Motion was made by Steve Edwards to contact Commission <br />member Signe Nicholson about her absence from several <br />consecutive Plan Commission meetings. A second was made by <br />Shirley Welker. Motion passed B - O. <br /> <br />"- <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Banning, of Lewis Engineers, came before the <br />Mooresville Planning Commission representing Caperton <br />Development Group requesting to abandon a drainage easement <br />because there were two (2) on the property. <br /> <br />The Board gave general consensus that the plat change <br />was accepted but told Mr. Banning the plat would have to be <br />amended. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he had issued <br />seventeen (17) permits and done sixty-six (66) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Planning Commission at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Steve Edwards.
