Attorney Mark Peden, and Mr. Gary Canaday, Construction Manager for Lin-EI, Inc., came before the Mooresville Plan Commission with a request for a rezone of P.U.D. - I in Blocks A, B & D, 571 Bethel '151 C of ~Bethel Road from P.U.D. - I to Road, and to rezone Block a P.U.D. - C. Mr. Canaday passed out plans for the Commissions review. The Planning Commisssion ,members reviewed and discussed the plans. Motion was made by Bill Abbott to recommend the rezoning of '151 a P.U.D. - I in blocks A, Band D, ~ Bethel Road to the Town Council. A second was made by Steve Edwards. Motion passed 7 - O. Motion was made by Steve Edwards to recommend the rezoning -- 151 of a P.U.D. - C in Block C, ~ Bethel Road to the Town Council. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed 7 - O. Motion passed ]-0 Mr. Roger Caperton, taperton Development Group and Mr. Jeff Banning, Lewis Engineers, came before the Mooresville Plan Commission to request a Subdivision Plat at Roberson Woods, Section IV, 24 lots.
