<br />, <br /> <br />Mr. George Saucerman came before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br />'--- <br /> <br />with a request for a minor plat at 467 Ferguson Road. <br /> Mr. Saucerman's engineer's passed out the proposed plat for <br />the Plan Commission members to review. <br /> <br />The Board went over the Minor Plat approval check list to see <br />that Mr. Saucerman's plans met specifications for minor plats. <br />Motion was made subject to the run-off certificate by Steve <br />Edwards. A second was made by Shirley Welker. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Attorney Richard Wood came before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />to represent Missions Alive with a request to rezone 8955 Slide Off <br />Road from AG to P.D.D. - E. <br />Mr. Wood passed out the proposed plans for the Board to review. <br />The Plan Commission went over the preliminary plan check list <br />'--" <br />for the proposed P.D.D. to see that Mission Alive's plans met <br />specifications. <br />Motion was made by Shirley Welker to recommend the rezoning <br />from AG to P.D.D. - E to the Town Council. A second was made by <br />Vern Kimmel. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Attorney Ralph Foley came before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />to represent Ms. Shirley Moore with a request for a Minor Plat at <br />Overpeck and Bunker Hill Road. Mr. Foley explained that they had <br />already gone before the Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance on <br />the width and depth ratio for lot 4, and they were granted the variance. <br />The Plan Commission went over the Minor Plat approval check list <br />to see that the plans met specifications. <br />Motion to approve the request subject to approval from the <br />'--" <br />Morgan County Board of Health was made by Charles McGuire.
