<br />'--- <br /> <br />could review the ordinance and make the necessary changes to <br /> <br />the plat. A second was made by Bill Abbott. Motion passed 7 - O. <br />Plan Commission Chairman Joel Beebe advised the Board <br />that Mr. Cecil Moore had brought to his attention that the <br />owners of 137 W. High Street wanted to move the old trailer off <br />of this property and have a new trailer moved onto this property. <br />Attorney Timothy C. Currens advised the Board that this <br />was a non-conforming use. The Board decided that the trailer <br />would need to be on a foundation and that a building permit <br />would need to be obtained for proper inspection. <br />Plan Commission member Steve Edwards brought to the Board's <br />attention that he felt it was necessary to have something done <br />about the upstairs part of the building located on Main Street <br />because it was becoming a problem with the windows open and <br />it was allowing the environment to damage the inside structure. <br />Plan Commission attorney, Tim Currens, advised that it <br /> <br />could be declared an unsafe structure and give notice to all <br /> <br /> <br />owners. Mr. Currens advised that certified letters could be <br /> <br /> <br />sent to try to get some action on the situation. <br /> <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported that he had <br /> <br /> <br />issued twenty-four (24) permits, and had seventy-eight (78) <br /> <br /> <br />inspections. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion to adjourn was made by member Steve Edwards. A <br /> <br /> <br />second was made by Bill Abbott.
