<br />,--. <br /> <br />(2) The hemes shall contain ITDre than nine hundred fifty (950) square feet of <br />occupied space and be manufactured after January 1, 1981. The manufactured hare <br />will be attached to the ground with a tie down system as shown in the <br />"Manufactured Hare Foundation Plan" which is a part of this ordinance and shown <br />in Exhibit "A" to this section. <br /> <br />(3) The manufactured hare will be placed on a pennanent foundations, including <br />concrete footings at least thirty-two inches (32") in depth below grade. Piers <br />must be of permanent concrete contruction. <br /> <br />(4) The manufactured hare will be pennanently skirted with masonry material or <br />commercial skirting designed for that purpose. <br /> <br />(5) Wheels, axles and tongues shall be removed, <br /> <br />(6) Sanitary facilities approved by the appropriate agency or local governrrent <br />or County shall be installed prior to the granting of an occupancy permit. <br /> <br />(7) The heme shall have a roof composed of a material customarily used on site- <br />built residential dwellings, such as asbestos, fiberglass, shake, asphalt, or <br />tile, which shall be installed upon a surface appropriately pitched for the <br />materials used. <br /> <br />(8) The manufactured home shall have siding materials meeting one of the <br />following standards: <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />(a) Residential horizontal aluminum lap siding; <br />(b) Residential horizontal vinyl lap siding; <br />(c) Cedar or other wood siding; <br />(d) Stucco siding; <br />(e) Brick or stone siding; <br />(f) Any other approved siding materials which are aesthetically compatible <br />to the area and proper building standards so as not to be detrimental to <br />adjoining property values. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />IDBILE HCMES (pennanent Occupancy - Park Site) <br /> <br />Mobile homes or manufactured homes may be permanently occupied when located in a <br />ITDbile home park developed in accordance with Chapter 6 of this ordinance with the <br />exception that all specific developænt standards set out under Section 3.5 shall be <br />met and where the standards set out in Chapter 6 are in conflict with Section 3.5 <br />herein, the standards set out in Section 3.5 shall prevail as the required standards <br />of the ordinance with the exception of lot size shown on page 48. <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br />-- <br />
