<br />zoning of the area proposed to be developed as well as the adjacent land. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />The condaninium declaration (if applicable), a docurænt creating an awners <br />association and any covenants to be made a part of the Planned unit <br />Develo¡:rnent as well as the order and estimated time of develo¡:rnent. <br /> <br />vi. A statement of the proposed order of develo¡:rnent of the major elements of <br />the project, including whether the develo¡:rnent will be accarplished in <br />phases, and, of so, the order and content of each phase. <br /> <br />D. The preliminary plan shall be presented in triplicate and to a scale ratio not to <br />exceed 100' = 1". The preliminary plan may include any additional graphics which <br />will explain the features of the develo¡:rnent. A copy of the preliminary plan shall <br />be given to the Building Inspector and a certified letter sent to all checkpoint <br />agencies advising them that the preliminary plan is available for review at the <br />Clerk-Treasurer's Office, 26 South Indiana Street, Mooresville, Indiana, giving a <br />brief detailed description of the proposed plan, including estimates of the number of <br />employees, households and type of traffic related to the developnent. It shall also <br />be provided to the following checkpoint agencies for their review and c:cmnent: <br /> <br />Building Inspector <br />Director of Public Works <br />Mooresville Police Department and Sheriff's Department when outside of the Town of <br />Mooresville's city limits <br />Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation and any other school district which is <br />affected <br />Morgan County Soil and Conservation District <br />Morgan County Highway Department <br />Mooresville Fire Department and any other fire depart:Iænt which is also included in <br />the area served. <br /> <br />E. After filing, the Cœrnission shall Jœet with the petitioner regarding the <br />preliminary plan and checkpoint agency cœrnents. Checkpoint agency personnel may <br />attend this meeting to provide c:cmnents. After such consultation the petitioner may <br />make modifications to the petition. <br /> <br />F. After the Jœeting described in (E) above and after making any modifications to <br />the proposed preliminary plans the petitioner shall file in triplicate a "Final <br />Proposed Preliminary Plan" which shall include: <br /> <br />i. all docurænts included in the preliminary plan; <br /> <br /> <br />ii an index identifying all documents included in the preliminary plan; <br /> <br />iii a cover sheet indicating that it is the Final Proposed Preliminary Plan and <br />indicating the date and zoning case mnnber; <br /> <br />iv all documents to be bound or stapled together and all docurænts therein <br />reduced to a size no larger than 8 1/2 x 14 inches except for the maps, <br />sketches and plat (if any). <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />71 <br />
