That the minimum lot size for any use not on a private sewer shall <br />be increased frem 35,000 to 43,560 square feet, with the septic system <br />still being subject to the approval of the Board of Health. <br /> <br />2. That the R-l zoning classification be broken down as follows: <br /> <br />R-l(a) _ lot size 24,000 square feet minimùm, size of the home - <br />1,800 square feet minimum, minimum of 1,350 on the ground floor area; <br />to be defined as low density residential. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />R-l(b) 20,000 square feet lot size, 1,600 square foot minimum <br />heme with a minimum of 1,200 square foot on the ground floor area: <br />to be defined as medium low density residential. <br /> <br />R-l ( c) - 16,000 lot size, 1,400 square foot minimum home with a minimum <br />of 1,150 square feet on the ground floor area; to be defined as <br />medium high density. <br /> <br />R-1(d) - 12,000 lot size, 1,000 square foot minimum home with a <br />minimum of 825 on the ground floor area; to be defined as hi~h <br />density residential. ' <br /> <br />3. To change the use in the agricultural district of residential by special <br />exception only with a minimum square footage on the lot of 24,000 in the <br />event it is on sewer; otherwise, the standard of 43,560 of the minimum <br />lot size applies. <br /> <br />4. Under R-2, to allow the 950 rrunJll1um size for a single family structure <br />with a minimum of 450 on the ground floor area and the 950 applies per <br />unit. To keep only single family and doubles in the R-2 classification <br />and move 3 and 4 apartments into R-3. <br /> <br />,-,II <br />
