Mr. Korn advised that the <br /> <br />property in question was vacant property across from Weliever <br /> <br />on Main Street. <br /> <br />He advised that the only improvements would be <br /> <br />a resurfacing of the property by pavement or stone. <br /> <br />He advised <br /> <br />that in a B-3 zoning classification a special exception is <br /> <br />required for this proposal. <br /> <br />After discussion by the board, Steve Edwards moved to find <br /> <br />that the request was consistent with the Master Plan and to <br /> <br />forward that finding to the board of Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br />was seconded by David Barry and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Mary <br /> <br />The motion <br /> <br />Thomas requesting a minor plat approval for property located in <br /> <br />Madison Township. <br /> <br />Present representing Mary Thomas was Susan <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Keaton. Ms. Keaton advised that Mrs. Thomas was wanting to plat <br /> <br />a minor subdivision. She advised that the Thomas' owned 5 acres <br /> <br />of land and wanted to divide it into 3 parcels in order to give <br /> <br />-4- <br />
