August 14, 1990

Chairman
Mooreeville Plan Commission
26 South Indiana Street
Mooresville, Indiana 45158

Dear Sir:

By Mooresville zoning classification, we are living in
the residential (not business) section of East South Street.

For the past several months there hae been a "Junk
Business" at 109 East South Street. A Junk Business should not be
allowed in this residential section.

Most of the people are proud of their property and try
hard to keep it looking nice. They must, however, look out at a load
of Junk in front of the 109 East South Street property. If the
occupant doesn't happen to have a load of Junk at any time he can
substitute a line-up of demolition cars (which doesn't look a whole
lot better). It is our understanding he participates in demolition
car races, but, really, the cars shouldn't be stored or parked along
South Street. Our company, on Sunday of Old Settlers parade, asked
what was going on across the street. We said we would like to know, too.

It isn't fair that the surrounding occupants, who strive to
improve and keep their property looking nice, must look out on an
"Eyesore" as they have had to contend with the past eevera1 months.

This is something that should be looked into for the improve-
ment of the neighborhood as well as the improvement of the Town of
Mooresvi11e.

Sincerely,

~){),C2ð~Ç
Lawrence.
