The <br />board also unanimously agreed to continue this matter until the <br />next meeting. <br />The next item on the agenda was the unsafe building violation <br />at 840 Edgewood Drive. Building Inspector Beikman stated that the <br />Smiths are continuing to improve the property and make progress <br />and that he would feel comfortable with continuing this thirty <br />(30) days. A motion was made by Robert Tucker to continue this <br />case for thirty (30) days, seconded by Tilford Bailey and <br />unanimously carried. <br />The next item to come before the board was the unsafe <br />building violation at 18 West Harrison. The board's attorney <br />advised that the Town Board had entered into a purchase agreement <br />to buy the property from Mrs. Wisner, the current owner. He <br />advised that it would take thirty to sixty days before the <br />transaction was completed and that the board realized that they <br />must comply with the Plan Commission's wishes on curing the unsafe <br />building violation. William Abbott made a motion to continue this <br />matter, the same was seconded by Signe Nicholson and unanimously <br /> <br />carried. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the board was the buffer zone <br /> <br /> <br />maps. Bill Abbott advised that it would be both cheaper and <br /> <br /> <br />quicker to hire a draftsperson to trace the maps.
