-2-

The next item to come before the Board was the status of the road

: '-
i
i'

put in by Cloverleaf Properties, Inc. in their new development area. The Board's

Attorney advised that he had spoken with Dave Best of Cloverleaf Properties who

was requesting a release of the bond and approval of the road. Building Inspector

Beikman stated that he was present when the road was put in and that it was

satisfactory. The Board then upon resolution made and unanimously carried,

agreed to release the bond and request that the three year maintenance bond

be filed immediately as set out in the subdivision control ordinance under

secondary approval for subdvision section 3(B).

The next item to come before the Board was a question regarding

Pioneer Plaza and the sale of trailers. The Board discussed this and stated

that this was currently a permitted use under the new zoning and in addition would

have been a proper use under the existing zoning that was grandfathered in. There

was also a discussion by the Building Inspector as to the limit of the Town's

....

jurisdictional area in the buffer zone. Building Inspector Beikman stated that

he had received several phone calls from people who had been directed to him by

the county regarding zoning questions that he felt were still within the county's

jurisdiction. The Board looked at the zoning map with Building Inspector Beikman

and determined that the areas in question were beyond our jurisdiction and a

suggestion was made to get with George Beck with the Morgan County Plan Commission

and make sure he has a copy of our zoning map to show our jurisdictional limit.

Building Inspector Beikman then proceeded to give the monthly report of 5 permits

and 8 inspections. There being no additional business to come before the Board

the meeting was, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously carried,

adjourned.

--,

l

/

Chairma

r;f ~~
, _' Se retary
Dated: '7.42@r (f?
